Rachel Merton is a contemporary classical composer in Brisbane, Australia. Rachel began studying composition from 12 years old. She received her Bachelor of Music in Composition in 2005 and in 2013 complete a Master of Music Studies. Her music group Ekstasis Ensemble performs an eclectic sound of traditional and modern classical music.
